Shredder Stage 1 Head and Carburetor Kit

This all-in-one head, carburetor, and accessories bundle saves you time, money, and takes the guess work out of building a powerful setup for any kart or minibike. This high performance induction bundle includes the following: 

• Assembled and ready to run PORTED Shredder Stage 1 cylinder head with 10% more flow than standard Shredder and upgraded valvetrain for 9,000+ RPMs.
• Head flows 90CFM and will take up to .450" max lift at the valve.
• Precision machined port matched billet cylinder head to carburetor adapter with stainless button head hex screws and o-ring seal. 
• Special thick ribbed fiber reinforced silicon rubber boot in your choice of five different colors with clamps.
• High quality 28mm PWK style carburetor with jet kit included.
• Large high flow cotton gauze air cleaner element with clamp. 

Everything you need from the head and induction side to get your Predator 212, 224, Ducar, or other small block GX200 style engine blistering fast! You can use stock length non-hemi pushrods with this head and intake combo and everything will bolt together perfectly. Add a billet connecting rod, flywheel, and Dyno 310 or 315 cam with 5.200" chromoly pushrods for 20+HP. Remember that the standard Shredder head is equivalent to the other guy's "Stage 3 heads". Our Stage 1 head flows an additional 10% over a stock Shredder head, and uses Competition Cams GP960 dual springs setup at .947" for 40lbs of seat pressure, titanium retainers, medium groove keepers, lightweight lash caps, a laser cut steel guide plate, and heavy duty 0.095" thick steel 1.2:1 rocker arms. These rocker arms are safe up to .400" valve lift, but the lower opening can be ground on the valve side (not pushrod side) from .350" to .390" total length and they will support up to .450" lift.  

**WHEN GETTING INTO HIGHER LIFT CAMS AND RATIO ROCKER ARMS YOU NEED TO CAREFULLY MEASURE FOR CORRECT PUSHROD LENGTH OR YOU WILL LOSE LIFT AND/OR HAVE ACCELLERATED WEAR ON THE LASH CAP OR VALVE TIP.** 

If you are bolting one of these heads on any non-hemi Predator or other Rato engine you'll need our stepped head dowel pins to adapt the 11mm holes in the block to the 10mm holes in these heads.
