Big Block GX and Clone Crankshaft Bearing - 6207

Crankshaft bearing 6207 for big GX and clones. 

PLEASE DO NOT POUND THESE BEARINGS IN WITH A HAMMER. 

This is the proper way to install these bearings into a crank or side cover:

Remove the black plastic covers on both sides of the bearing and thoroughly clean the bearing of grease and any contaminates with hot water and dish soap. If the grease is thick,  you may need clean with a solvent based degreaser such as parts cleaner before you wash with dish soap. 

Once everything is super clean you need to freeze the bearing and heat the block or side cover to around 300*F (no more) in an oven. Once both bearing and block or side cover have reached the proper temps the bearing should press right into its housing. 

Once installed lubricate the bearing with engine oil.
