GX200, Clone, Predator, and Other Small GX Wiseco Forged 76mm Two Ring Piston Kit - Optional Compression Heights

Forged aluminum Wiseco two ring piston with 0.595" compression height and .490 wrist pin. Works with ARC .490 wrist pin rods and either clone sized 1.180" rod journals or 1" Briggs "stroker" rods.

Bore: 76mm 

Compression height: 0.595" with optional shorter heights available

Wrist pin diameter: 0.490"

Kit includes wrist pin, circlips, and ring set.

In a 135.5mm deck height Tillotson Racing block with a 63.5mm stroke crank, the 3.525" length stroker connecting rod, and the .550" compression height optional size for this piston it will sit 0.010" below the deck at TDC and create a 288cc short block. Add a cylinder head with a 16cc chamber with a 0.045" gasket under it and you'll have 14:1 compression ratio. As an example of what this combo could do, you will need a head that flows an approximate average of 140cfm to make a peak power of 36hp at 8,000rpms with this large of an engine.
