This is the perfect kit for small displacement GX200s and Predators that want good response and high RPMs!
This all-in-one head, carburetor, and accessories kit saves you time, money, and takes the guess work out of building a powerful setup for any kart or minibike. This high performance induction bundle includes the following:
- Assembled and ready to run Shredder RPM+ cylinder head.
- Precision machined port matched billet cylinder head to carburetor adapter with stainless button head hex screws and o-ring seal.
- Special thick ribbed fiber reinforced silicon rubber boot in your choice of five different colors with clamps.
- High quality 28mm PWK style carburetor with jet kit included.
- Large high flow cotton gauze air cleaner element with clamp.
Everything you need from the head and induction side to get your Predator 212, 224, Ducar, or other small block GX200 style engine moving fast. Add a billet connecting rod, flywheel, and Dyno 310 or 315 cam with correct length chromoly pushrods for 18+HP. Remember that our standard Shredder head is equivalent to the other guy's "Stage 3" heads, and the RPM+ option adds all of the hardware of the Stage 1 head and is good for 9,000+ RPMs.
**WHEN GETTING INTO HIGHER LIFT CAMS AND RATIO ROCKER ARMS YOU NEED TO CAREFULLY MEASURE FOR CORRECT PUSHROD LENGTH OR YOU WILL LOSE LIFT AND/OR HAVE ACCELLERATED WEAR ON THE LASH CAP OR VALVE TIP.**
If you are bolting one of these heads on any non-hemi Predator or other Rato engine you'll need our stepped head dowel pins to adapt the 11mm holes in the block to the 10mm holes in these heads.

This is our standard 80CFM Shredder head with lapped valves and hand assembled with a high RPM valvetrain that will support up to 0.430" lift at the valve and 9000+ rpms.
The following hardware is assembled into this ready-to-run head:
28.5mm x 2.590" x 5.5mm stem stainless steel intake valve
24mm x 2.590" x 5.5mm stem stainless steel exhaust valve
0.015" steel shims/spring seat
Competition Cams GP960 dual springs installed at 0.947" for a 40lbs rate on the seat
Titanium retainers (weighs a touch less than 7071 aluminum but has more strength and much better fatigue resistance.)
Steel medium groove keepers
Lightweight lash caps
Steel pushrod guide plate
1.2:1 ratio 0.095" thick stamped steel rocker arms with studs, lash adjusters, and locking nuts. (308 cam gets to .369" lift, 315 gets to .378" lift)
Pair this head with a Dyno 315 cam and our 28mm carburetor kit for a 20hp capable engine.
