Stepped head dowel pin set for head and block conversions between GX200 and clones with 10mm head dowel pins and Rato engines and heads with 11mm dowel pins.
All Rato engines use 11mm head dowels and include all Non-Hemi Predator 212 and the Northstar C225.

These custom cut steel dowel pins are 10mm on one side and 11mm on the other so that you can interchange heads and blocks while maintaining precise cylinder bore to chamber alignment.
Shredder heads have 10mm dowel holes so if you would like to bolt one of these heads on a non-hemi Predator 212 block with 11mm dowel holes you'll need a set of these stepped dowel pins to locate the head properly.
If assembling different heads and blocks without these dowel pins your bore and combustion chamber will be off of center in possibly two directions, up to 0.050" in either or both directions! This oversite can cause a blown head gasket or valve to cylinder bore contact, so if you are mixing and matching heads and blocks between 10mm and 11mm dowel pin holes, you need these offset dowel pins.
